A proven and proficient Construction Professional with an extensive career as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, primarily working with top tier Main Contractors and Developers on some of the most iconic projects in central London. He is also the founder and owner of another SME business that provides Construction Consultancy services, aptly named Polaris Construction Consultants.

An aspiring Sustainable Development Revolutionary who intends to break the traditional development mould by placing sustainability at the forefront of the business model.  Couple this desire with a passion for the environment, innovative and sustainable development, modern methods of construction and biophilic design created the need to formulate our company, Polaris Passivhaus Developments and our sister company Polaris Passivhaus Consult + Construct.

Having an appreciation for the importance of sustainable development and an in depth understanding of the many alternative modern methods of construction and practices on offer, he intends to utilise these in the growth of both Companies. 

Liam is a passionate individual who is a strong believer and advocate that our built environment, upon which we depend upon to survive and thrive, should be delivered in the most efficient manner possible and utilise the least amount of energy consumption during its lifetime, all the while reducing our impact to the ecosystems - with the aim to enhance them where possible. 

Qualifications include being a Certified Passivhaus Consultant, a HNC in Construction, BSc in Quantity Surveying, PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) status with the  Chartered Institute of Building. This will be followed by working towards attaining Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) status with the Society for the Environment no later than Q2 2023. 

These credentials will provide us with the necessary professional accreditation and affiliation that will ultimately create the stable foundations required through the early stages of growth and evolution of both companies.

Liam is a self confessed thrill seeker who loves being in the outdoor environment. He is especially fond of water sports such as scuba diving, paddle boarding and kite surfing just to name a few!! He is also the proud owner of two Cockapoo's named Milly and Teddy.
